NYSA Releases projected 2006 Financial Position

The Northbridge Youth Softball Association’s Treasurers Office, in conjunction with the Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the Association’s projected financial outlook for the 2006 season.  This is the second year that we are making our financial position available to the public.  We feel it is important for you, our parents, sponsors and the public in general, to understand where money brought in is being spent, how the Association is allocating its resources and, in so doing, moving forward in a fiscally responsible manner.

Please note that the preliminary report of our financial position should be considered a forward-looking statement about the Association regarding our expected revenues and expenses for the 2006 softball season.  Our 2006 season, and therefore our fiscal calendar, is defined as that timeframe running from November 1, 2005 through October 31, 2006.  Our future results, and in turn our final year-end 2006 results, may differ materially from our past results and from those projected in this forward-looking statement, due in large part to any and all outstanding invoices that are to be paid based upon a predetermined payment plan, obligations to be billed before or around the October 31^st time period, or agreements still under negotiation that specifically and directly relate to the 2006 season.
